Step inside and you’ll find a bright and comfortable open-plan living space, perfect for spending time together after busy days exploring the coast. Settle back on the sofas in front of the gas flame-effect fire, catch up on a favourite programme on the Smart TV or enjoy some nostalgic fun with the retro games console. Superfast WiFi is also available, while electric heating and air conditioning units help keep the space comfortable whatever the season. An electric rise and lift chair provides additional comfort, and the double sofa bed offers flexible sleeping arrangements if required.
The kitchen is well equipped for easy holiday dining, with a gas oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and air fryer, together with an additional portable induction hob. Gather around the dining table for leisurely breakfasts before heading out for the day, or enjoy a relaxed evening meal together before making the most of the park’s entertainment.
When it’s time to turn in, there are three bedrooms to choose from. The double bedroom has its own TV, while two further twin bedrooms, each with 2'6" single beds, provide flexible accommodation for families and groups. A shower room with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC serves the bedrooms, and the convenience of a separate cloakroom means there is an additional WC.
Outside, a small patio seating area with a table and chairs provides a pleasant spot to sit with a morning coffee or enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Parking is conveniently located adjacent to the holiday home.
Spruces 30 is also dog friendly, welcoming up to two well-behaved dogs, so four-legged family members don’t have to miss out on the holiday.
There is plenty to keep everyone entertained without even leaving Devon Cliffs. The park offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a wide range of activities and entertainment, as well as shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways. For those feeling adventurous, activities include Tube Slides, Aerial Adventure and Bungee Trampolines, while a choice of places to eat and drink means there’s something to suit everyone, from relaxed family favourites to South Beach Café with its wonderful coastal views.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset. In terms of visitor attractions and coastal lifestyle you won’t find much better than Exmouth.
