When we arrived the house was spotless and very clean. It was very bright and airy and had 'almost' everything we needed. It could have done with a vacum cleaner and an iron but Sarah was very helpful and let us borrow them when needed. The house is well presented and furniture and furnishings were mostly good. The hot tub was clean and checked every day which was a bonus and really made the holiday. The only comment i'd say is that it could do with a bit of TLC on the outside. Banisters need a lick of paint, paint peeling off, and starting to show their age. Also the double bed in the master bedroom squeeked at every minimal move so loudly that kept waking us up during the night. Also mattress could do with replacing, too soft and springs are going. Other than that the house was perfect for us, loads of room, well equiped and comfortable (other than the bed).

rated low on value for money due to covid inflated prices suspect pre covid would have been 60% of current prices so at present no holiday lets will be good value for money .
