Mathayes Farm Barn adjoins the owner's home and rests on the grounds of the Otter Brewery, all set within 5 acres which you are welcome to explore. Enter through the stable door and find yourself within a beautifully decorated open-plan room with a dining and sitting area, giving off a quaint country cottage feel. You will have no trouble relaxing within these walls surrounded by pretty furniture and benefitting from French doors, opening out to the charming patio.
Lounge in the evening by watching a film on the TV, or enjoy a refreshing drink with a view of the Devonshire countryside, before you retire for the evening. Prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen on the solid wood worktops, complete with a host of appliances to ensure you have all you need during your self-catered stay. Find a contemporary wet room waiting to refresh you after a muddy autumn walk, while two bedrooms offer tranquil spots to rest in, whether it's an afternoon nap or your nightly slumber, any time spent within these delightfully decorated bedrooms will be well spent.
