There is no specific mention of cleanliness in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide an accurate score for this category.

The location is described as beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by countryside, ideal for those seeking tranquility and nature. However, the access via a narrow lane may be challenging for some, which is taken into consideration.

Guests find the cottage cosy and comfortable, with a spacious hot tub adding to the relaxation. The property is equipped to ensure a comfortable stay, with only minor suggestions for soft furnishings updates.

The cottage is well-equipped with everything needed for a stay, including a large hot tub and a well-prepared welcome book. The mention of a non-working music system suggests a slight deduction for maintenance.

Anna made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed the cream tea very much! Highly recommend.

Set in stunning countryside, it is so peaceful. The cottage offers every comfort and facilities. We had a warm welcome from Anna, home baked brownies, wine and fresh flowers. A comfortable bolthole to return to, after visiting picturesque villages, beaches, towns and Exeter city.

The cottage is adjacent to the owners house. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The approach was through very narrow lanes, but was acceptable. The warning in the details not to approach from Stockland was wise.
