There are plenty of options to entertain younger members of the group, with Axe Valley Wildlife Park, Crealy Theme Park, Seaton Tramway and Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary providing entertaining days out. We had the loveliest stay at Ley Farm and could not recommend it more. Everything you could possibly need is provided, from dog towels, to pans and John could not have been more helpful. The games room was amazing and the farm house itself was perfect for our large group with three large dogs. Thank you John and Kate for an amazing 10 days over Christmas!

What an amazing place for a family holiday, everything you could possibly want was already thought of and in place. The attention to detail was outstanding even down to bird seed being provided for the bird table! The games room is a wonderful bonus which we made full use of and we all enjoyed. Cooking on the Aga was a delight too. If you want to have a family get together in a home that gives you all a great big hug then get booking!Loved it ❤️

Can't rate this beautiful, peaceful place highly enough. Gorgeous farmhouse with everything you need for a relaxing stay and spotlessly clean too. Booked for 8 adults and 3 dogs for my husband's 60th birthday weekend and waiting inside on our arrival was a huge balloon, prosecco and homemade lemon drizzle cake which was delicious and a very thoughtful touch. Also, 3 beds and treats for our furry companions. Absolutely loved the Aga and the games and cinema room was great.John was waiting when we arrived to show us around and explain how things worked (like the aga, dishwasher and recycling) but everything is written down too.Highly recommend a stay at this lovely farmhouse and we will definitely be back in the future. Thank you so much.
