We recently stayed at Ley Farm House to celebrate our friend’s 40th birthday and we had an absolutely fantastic time. There were four adults and three children in our group and the house was perfect for all of us. It was even more beautiful than the photos and the games room was a real highlight—enjoyed just as much by the adults as the kids.Everything we needed was provided and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into even the smallest details. John was incredibly helpful both before and during our stay which made the whole experience even better.We wouldn’t hesitate to return and are already looking forward to staying again!

We had a great time, the cottage was amazing wouldn't change a thing, cooking on the aga was lovely and the games room/cinema was perfect. The weather wasn't great but the cosy log burner was just what we needed. The only thing that could be better if ever possible would be a toilet near the games room, but not essential.
