We had a great few days in Cider cottage and it is in a great quiet location - would be good for families as its not far from the beach and there are good facilities on the farm. The property itself is a little tired and could do with some love - also, with the water being supplied by a spring, the pressure is low which meant you had to run around in the shower to get wet. Good value for money however.

Very spacious and has all the equipment you need. Off the beaten track but it worked well for us going into Sidmouth, Exeter and the Donkey sanctuary, which is very close. Cottage was very rustic as per the photos but was tired and needs a little tlc.
