lovely and comfortable house. Very well quipped. Reasonable location. Very convenient friendly pub very close by. Loved the parkland come riverside walk to the town and beach. Sidmouth is lovely with some lovely dog friendly restaurants. Would recommend the Marine restaurant on the front and the clock house in the town. Overall, would recommend Sidmouth for a visit

Though in a lovely position, the house could do with a good clean , dirt and dust on stairs, couldn’t understand why the kid’s feet were black, floor was filthy, first day mopped all floors twice, water was like mud. Shower was blocked, unable to pulled out plug device to clean other guests dirt, so drainage was poor, had to shut off shower while we soaped up to prevent flooding of floor/kitchen ceiling, and my last concern was in the tiered garden we had overflowing rubbish from other guests, full of smells and flies, yes had young children, the clearer must of been aware of this before we arrived, yes did complain and was taken away on the 5th day, Not that impressed
