We very much enjoyed the walk from Uplyme to Lyme Regis. Kids loved the games room and bunk bed. The only negative was that there was a nasty smell coming from the kitchen which we couldn’t pin point.

The garden is very steep & we only used the enclosed patio, but the Games Room was a great success! Would have no hesitation in booking again if the opportunity arose.

Great location and amazing walk following the path of the river down to Lyme Regis - we did that three times. The only downside, which could easily be fixed at not too much expense, would be for there to be some enclosed part of the garden for the dogs. The bath panel in the en-suite needs fitting properly and the shower guard as water gets down the side of the bath and pools on the floor. The games room was a bit of a let-down for the teenagers as is basically a store area with an old pool table etc that were a little bit shabby, but usable. The space could be improved. Overall a lovely quiet village and a lovely cottage.
