Warm welcome and friendly contact with owners. Property is an annexe to the house. Lovely views over well maintained garden and surrounding countryside. Good walks in the area and bus services to Exeter and Okehampton. Rose Cottage overlooks the fishing lake available to guests. A comfortable and relaxing holiday break, quiet and rural but only one mile from the village and access to the A30.
