On arrival there was was a wonderful tray with tea coffee sugar biscuits. The fridge was stocked with eggs milk and a bottle of Prosecco in the wine fridge. The cottage has everything you might need and I mean everything. This is a beautiful house, so well presented with the most gorgeous finishing touches. There are board games galore and toys for little ones. There are books to suit all tastes. The garden is brilliant and a great space for children and adults, it is gorgeous. I could go on all day and still not give all the positives, it is simply perfection.

I stayed with my family in this beautiful barn conversion to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was a complete surprise to me where I was going and my family could have not found a better place. Jason and Samantha were most welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had everything we needed and more. Nothing like sitting in a big hot tub overlooking such picturesque views of nothing but rolling hills and green fields as far as the eye could see. The peace and quiet was perfect for a relaxing weekend. We had children and dogs with us who loved the outdoor space and the orchard to run around in. The bbq hut at the end of the garden was fantastic. Perfect night with steak and wine no matter what the weather was doing. The bedrooms were big and spacious with lovely comfortable beds and the downstairs area was perfect for cooking and socialising for a family of 7. We made full use of the games room where we all played darts and a few games of pool. Would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful place and can’t wait to return. Thank you Samantha and Jason for a memorable birthday which had everything I could have wished for.

Initially the cottage gave us the wow factor which it is, although we had a few problems the hot tub didn't work properly, we had no hot water and little heating for 2 days and a leak coming through the ceiling from the shower. The owner seemed fine about this at the time and did rectify it bar the hot tub button. The views are beautiful and so is the cottage. These things happen so we were prepared to over look them, however we have now been back 2 weeks and now we are getting blamed for damages with the hot tub button/filter and blue marks on the seating which I didnt see. On the whole this cottage is beautiful and would of definitely returned if it wasn't for the accused damage. We have tried to contact the owner but we have had no reply.
