Hot Tubs - The water is changed for your arrival. It takes time to heat up, so may not always be up to the desired temperature upon arrival.

Very disappointed 😞, advertised with Internet and hot tub, the WiFi is hopeless and whilst this is the " best" they can offer its pointless. Couldn't have video conference calls, days without being able to connect if you rely on net then it's not for you. The hot had no chlorine at all, dispenser empty, not checked 15 jets missing, pretty useless 😕. The drive onto premise isn't maintained huge poleholes it's a bit like dodge ball. The Lodge itself is modern and well presented, clean although no one was expecting us. The final straw for us was no water for more than 24hrs! Not being able to flush toilets, wash hand became an environmental hazard, we had to chase communication 😒 no bottled water given, tried to tell us it was only our lodge as if that made it OK? It wasn't on the main! So we left after speaking to neighbours who also confirmed no water and again hadn't been offered any. Elderly lady next door was thrilled we gave her some water as she was desperate with no transport. The whole experience was shocking had to get hoseseasons to intervene, would not recommend
