Dirty hot tub water caused hot tub rash and everyone that went in it has the rash and felt ill since. Hopefully the symptoms will calm down shortly. It was very clear how easy the water samples can be mixed up as they collect them in a clear plastic measure jug with no labels on. We followed the guidelines as per there information pack apart from our children went in there, and have not experienced this ever before on previous hot tub holidays. The lodge itself was clean and the beds were comfy and our booking was mixed up so we had to ask for more bedding in which they were very helpful. We wouldn't recommend simply because of the maintenance of the hot tubs and mix up between samples causing our family to be ill after our visit.

A beautiful and relaxing places, the lodges was very clean and comfortable
