    The rooms downstairs were clean but littered with dusty cobwebs and the 2nd lounge had several dead flies on the windowsill. The microwave was rusty and the dishwasher had water in it that clearly wasn't draining properly along with some 'debris' in bottom. 5 of the cupboard handles were loose and had to be tightened up and hot tub contained sand/dirt/leaves so we had to clear that as well.
