There are lots to see and do nearby; plenty of pretty walks, the disused railway line called The Tarka Trail where you can hire bikes and trikes for all ages rest a while and enjoy a drink or bite to eat at one of the many pubs along the trail. Other activities include paintballing within walking distance and golf which is nearby. Family theme parks such as The Milky Way and The Big sheep are always popular and are just 10 and 6 miles respectively.
