The kitchen is compact yet well-equipped and includes a ceramic hob (two rings), a combination oven/microwave/grill and larder fridge with freezer compartment. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, a selection of cookware and kitchen utensils plus beautiful china, glass and cutlery.
The television, DVD, and radio are all discreetly placed.
Wifi is available throughout the property.
An iron, ironing board and hair dryer are all provided for your convenience.
Please note, there is no mobile phone reception due to the location of the property.
Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. The Folly has central heating which will be programmed for you, yet can be adjusted to suit your preferences.
Beautiful White Company bed linen, duvets, large fluffy towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own outdoor/beach towels.
Tea, coffee and sugar will be provided. There may also be other non-perishable items like a salt, pepper and oil available.

Exceptionally beautiful setting and truly a gem of a place to be and unwind. Really did not want to leave on day 3. Finished a book sat in the garden whilst listening to the ever so beautiful surroundings. Slept extraordinarily well. Really a very special place. Will most definitely be b.... A really peaceful secluded setting, situated adjacent to a picturesque stream. Very large expanse of garden which allowed the dogs to roam. An enjoyable stay.

A perfect retreat for the Xmas period. Quality of furnishings, bedding and facilities were perfect. Lovely quiet setting. Lovely welcome with prosecco and mince pies! Thoughtful with provision of towels for the dogs. Close to the park and the zoo! Would book again!
