As you enter this delightful barn via the raised decked balcony you find yourself in the entrance area with ample space for coats shoes and boots before stepping up to the impressive open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner offering space and contemporary styling. Well-equipped with everything you need the comfy sofas and the Smart TV beckons you to relax and put your feet up. In the beams is a large wooden box which for the past two years they have had owls nesting in. The dining area allows everyone to sit together whilst preparing food in the well fitted kitchen area. Heading on down the staircase to the sleeping accommodation you’ll find two bedrooms, one having a super-king-size bed and en-suite shower and WC. The other bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) this room also has a en-suite but with the added benefit of a bath, separate shower and WC.
Stepping outside from the living space is a large, decked balcony with garden table and chairs and offering views of Exmoor, which can be enjoyed from the hot tub. Steps lead down to an enclosed gated garden area.
A short walk from the cottage is a private dog exercise field, which your four legged friend will love!
There is ample parking and an EV charger is available to use, payable direct to the owner
