Step into this rustic, yet stylish and comfortable, property through the enclosed veranda which is ideal for leaving your walking boots or relaxing with a morning coffee on the sofa. From here a door leads into the impressive lounge area which is open plan and spacious, yet still retains a cosy feel. Admire the exposed beams, high ceilings and the fabulous galleried landing which can be seen from the comfy sofas. A Smart TV with Sky TV (basic package) and a warming wood-burner (first basket of logs provided) both make for a cosy evening. The adjacent kitchen/dining area offers everything you need to cook and eat in style, with French doors leading out to the raised balcony and walkway, the enchanting view is everchanging. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. On the ground floor is a light and airy twin bedroom with a door leading out to the raised balcony. Also on the ground floor is the family bathroom with a bath, handheld shower and WC. Heading up the stairs and at either end of the galleried landing (children must be supervised) are the two king-size bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms, and one of the bedrooms also has a single a door leading out to the raised balcony.

Outside, there is ample space on the wrap around decked balcony to enjoy leisurely breakfasts or lunch. At the front of the property there is also a small, enclosed grass area.
