With stunning views from the windows, this a great space for relaxing and enjoying family meals which you can rustle up in the light-filled galley kitchen. Four steps lead up to the landing where you will find the main shower room and three bright, colourful bedrooms, all with TVs: a sweet single room with a pull-out children’s bed, a lovely super-king-size room and an en-suite king-size room with a patio door to the garden. Stepping outside, the tiered gardens are terraced with lawns, borders and rockeries, with three separate seating areas offering relaxing spots to unwind and dine. A fenced-off lawn is perfect for your four-legged friends to run about, and there’s a handy tap and hose for washing sandy toes and wetsuits.

Footpaths lead down to the delightful beach half a mile away, with Combe Martin offering a choice of friendly pubs and restaurants. The area has a wealth of family attractions including Exmoor Zoo, the Valley of Rocks, Watermouth Castle, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Arlington Court, and the thriving seaside town of Ilfracombe, all within 8 miles.
