The spacious and modern kitchen/diner has a large dining table for six to eight guests and a breakfast bar for four which is ideal for enjoying leisurely breakfasts or a family meal at the end of the day. A WC completes the ground floor. The first floor has a study with ample space for different generations to relax and unwind. There are also two bedrooms on this level, a king-size with a balcony and sea views, and a double. Both are served by a bathroom with a bath and a separate shower cubicle. The second floor comprises the final three bedrooms: a double and a bunkroom, both with sea views, and a single room. There is a shower room on this floor too. Terraced rear gardens, which can be accessed from the ground or first floor, offer attractive areas with a patio with furniture and delightful sea views.
