This large apartment has magnificent views overlooking Putsborough Sands and is perfect for families and groups of friends. Take the steps up to level four and find a spacious ceramic tiled secure lobby area which is great for storing surfboards and beach equipment. The living room is open-plan with a contemporary-styled corner sofa, a TV, a dining area seating eight and a kitchen area. The whole room is bright and cheerful with patio doors opening onto the balcony that benefits from fantastic views. A separate utility room and additional deep sink provide a very convenient spot for washing and hanging wetsuits after a day on the beach. With four bedrooms in total, the en-suite double bedroom enjoys a lovely view of the beach and benefits from its own patio door onto the balcony. The three remaining bedrooms are served by a large separate shower room. Well equipped and in a beachside location, the apartment is just perfect for larger family groups to enjoy a fabulous holiday in this lovely area.
Putsborough is a fabulous, sheltered beach for all ages to enjoy. With lovely sand, fabulous waves and brilliant rock pools, the beach appeals to all types, from families to wave riders. It’s a wonderful place to watch the sunset from the dunes, with views of Lundy Island in the distance which is a wonderful place for a special day trip. Known as one of the best surfing beaches in England, the surfer's paradise of Croyde Bay is 2 miles away. At nearby Saunton Sands (6 miles), have a ball on the beach year-round with over 4 miles of sweeping shoreline to dash about upon.
