We love it as a base to explore Devon or just stay at the bay and enjoy the beach. You can spend hours beach combing and enjoying the view. They have all the facilities you would need, my only recommendation would be a dryer, if you are staying in the off season drying swimming stuff can take a bit longer but they have a washing machine, 2 bathrooms and al the comforts. I highly recommend a stay here! The cafe is yummy too!

2 double bedrooms, a twin, 2 bathrooms, above a really sweet cafe that will do you an excellent meal for 4 for under £40 (10% discount if you are staying at the flat) epic views across the bay so my kids could go and play on the beach in the evenings, supervised from the sofa with wine. Pub 3 mins walk up the road, Spar 5 mins walk, excellent cream tea 7 mins walk. Ilfracombe a quick and steep trot on the south west Coastal path. Owned by people who are genuinely lovely and helpful. I honestly couldn't recommend it more and we will certainly be back. I already miss curling up on the big green velvety chair to watch the sea.
