Combe Martin is situated within the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Locals and visitors alike are drawn to this modest beach town, with its sheltered cove, great for rock-pooling and is a well-liked paddle-boarding harbour. In addition, the village has a dinosaur and wildlife park! The famous Earl of Rone festival, held annually in May, and an annual funfair both take place in Combe Martin. Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe, and Barnstaple are all easily accessible from this location, making it an excellent starting point for exploring and learning about North Devon.
