Step inside and discover a bright open-plan living space, where you can prepare home-cooked meals in the kitchen, gather around the dining table, and settle down in front of the TV after a day of adventure. Make the most of the scenic surroundings by dining alfresco, enjoying glimpses of the valley and coastline from the park grounds. As the evening draws in, retire to one of two well-presented bedrooms, comprising a double and a twin, both served by a bathroom with a bath and shower over, offering flexibility for families and friends alike. Those travelling with canine companions will appreciate the dedicated exercise field and thoughtful extras including dog towels.

From your doorstep, join the South West Coast Path and discover dramatic coastal scenery, including nearby Hangman Cliffs, England's highest sea cliff. Venture into Combe Martin to find welcoming pubs such as The Dolphin, The Focsie Inn, Pack O'Cards and The Castle, alongside cafés serving cream teas and pasties, plus a handy fish and chip shop. Further afield, enjoy days out at Exmoor Zoo and Watermouth Castle, or explore the golden sands of Woolacombe Beach, the surfing hotspot of Croyde, bustling Ilfracombe, and the breathtaking landscapes of Exmoor National Park. Combe Martin is situated within the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Locals and visitors alike are drawn to this modest beach town, with its sheltered cove, great for rock-pooling and is a well-liked paddle-boarding harbour. In addition, the village has a dinosaur and wildlife park! The famous Earl of Rone festival, held annually in May, and an annual funfair both take place in Combe Martin. Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe, and Barnstaple are all easily accessible from this location, making it an excellent starting point for exploring and learning about North Devon.

    Had everything we needed and was really well thought out including a secure deck area, a play park for our grandchild and a dog walking area all within view. Would definitely visit again.

    Great place the setting of this little site is lovely great views not over looked by others where we were peaceful quiet setting the staff very friendly facilities a small bar not open everyday in the time we went just great everything you need for a few days away it says it all in the description comfortable bed great shower comfy seating nice outside seating area just great we loved it 10/10
