Taking the stairs to the first floor, you will find the lounge/dining room with a Smart TV and large comfortable sofas where you can relax with your family and catch up on some family movies. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare home cooked meals with ease. Completing this floor is a double bedroom and a family shower room with a separate WC. On the top floor is a double bedroom with a single bed and an additional small kitchenette and shower room. Exit the snug room into the enclosed garden with a separate patio area and enjoy dining alfresco on the warmer evenings. Through the gate is an enclosed lawned area where the kids can play, with some games and toys provided.
