Further afield you have local attractions including the picturesque coastal village of Woolacombe which boast a three-mile long golden sand beach, pubs, restaurants and shops. As well as National Trust's Arlington Court, Watermouth Castle and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park.

When entering the property which has three floors, you are greeted by a welcoming kitchen/diner and on your right a comfortable lounge with log effect electric fire and Smart TV. If you decide to stay in and cook a meal you have everything you need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. From the kitchen area you access the staircase with a low ceiling to the first-floor, where you will find one king-size bedroom with a TV/DVD and harbour glimpses from the window. A spacious bathroom is on this floor with a bath, separate shower and WC. Rising up a further staircase to the second floor, leads to a twin room with TV/DVD, a bunk bedroom with TV/DVD and a shower room with shower and WC.

Outside a step up to the door from the landing leads to the small rooftop balcony with seating.

Parking is available in public car parks within 50 meters of the property (charges apply) and weekly car parking permits are available via North Devon Council (charges apply).
