A lovely three-bedroom detached holiday lodge, recently renovated inside and out, located in a popular but select holiday park just 2 miles from Ilfracombe’s quaint harbour and 4 miles from stunning Woolacombe beach. Perfect for a peaceful coastal getaway!. 3 steps to entrance.

Please note: No stag or hen parties.. This elegant lodge offers serene meadow and sea views from the large decking (7 meters by 4 meters) with a tinted glass balustrade. The property features a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and a walk-in wardrobe, a double bedroom and a twin, plus a family bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area boasts modern amenities like a Smart TV, blue ray/DVD player, comfortable furniture with side tables, large coffee table and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster and a fridge/freezer. Step outside onto the large decking area and soak in the views while enjoying meals or stargazing with drinks. Parking is available adjacent to the lodge.
The lodge is located at Mullacott Park, which is a 31-acre site well-placed for easy access by car to some of the most beautiful spots on the North Devon coast. A regular bus service to Ilfracombe, Barnstaple and Woolacombe beach, stops just outside the Park. Mullacott Park has an on-site shop for groceries and a laundrette. Next to the shop is a pub/restaurant offering a variety of food all day.
Ilfracombe Harbour (just 6 mins drive) is a historic site dating back to the 12th century, and offers delightful shops and galleries, including the renowned Verity statue by Damien Hirst. Explore nearby attractions like Cairn Woodland Nature Reserve, Watermouth Bay, and the Southwest Coast Path. Families can delight in visits to Fuchsia Valley, Watermouth Castle and Theme Park. Excellent lodge. Very well kept, clean and tidy, spacious. Well stocked with the essential kitchen equipment, cutlery, utensils, plates, cups and glasses. Cooker was immaculately clean as was the fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. Lounge was a nice size with two very nice sofas (three seater and a two seater) Nice size TV with a separate blu ray/DVD player (good selection of family dvds supplied in the TV stand). Dinning table was a good size with six chairs.Bedrooms were spacious with clean bedding and towels. Bathrooms were clean, showers were excellent.Decking was huge with a large metal table and chairs (with seat cushions), with agreat view, overlooking the dog walking field and the sea in the distance. There is enough space to park two cars right next to the lodge, although it can be slightly tight to get in and out if you are parking both cars.Mullacott park is pleasantly quiet during the day and night.The food in the onsite pub is good, selling pizza, tacos and traditional pub food. Although it is a little expensive. The small shop next to the pub sells most of the essentials, bread, milk etc. But it is a small shop so these items can run out during the day, but seems to be restocked by the following morning. There's a bus service that runs from right outside the park to Ilfracombe which is cheap to use.The Wildlife and Dinosaur park is about 9 miles away (15 mins in the car), and Exmoor Zoological and Conservation Centre about 12 miles away (21 mins in the car)All in all a very pleasant holiday in an excellent Lodge thats been well kept, maintained and clean.
