About this property
Seaview is a unique property situated in an elevated position in the beautiful village of Lynmouth. Coastal paths are very nearby and the two 'Lyn' rivers run either side of the property, which flow from the hills of Exmoor, through Lynmouth and out to sea.
Accommodation
Seaview is fitted with fridge, freezer, (the fridge is three shelves plus a salad drawer, the freezer has a fast freeze flap plus two drawers) microwave, electric oven and hob and dishwasher (the kitchen is fitted with an Aga but it is not in use). Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cookware, cutlery, crockery and glasses. There is a laundry room, washing machine and tumble dryer on the first floor. A television, DVD player and CD player is provided. Wireless broadband is available at no extra cost. Nespresso Coffee maker is available.
Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. Seaview is fitted with oil-fired central heating, plus there is an open-fire in the living room on the first floor (please note logs are not provided for the fire).
Towels and bed linen are now NOT being provided since the covid-19 pandemic, please bring your own.
Travel cot and high chair available for guests to use. Please bring your own bedding for the cot as this is not provided. Sorry, no stair gate available.
