The spacious living area is open plan with a vaulted ceiling and French doors opening onto a patio and lawn with stunning countryside views, meaning that the space is flooded with light. Both bedrooms, located at the end of the barn, are well presented and the double bedroom, accessed from the living room, has French doors out onto the patio and benefits from an en-suite shower room. The second spacious double room has an additional single bed, making the property ideal for two couples or giving flexible sleeping arrangements for families. A family bathroom with roll-top bath and separate shower is located off the hallway. Outside, the patio area has outdoor furniture and a BBQ for al fresco dining and from here, three stone steps lead down to the enclosed lawn where there is also a fabulous hot tub to enjoy.
The village of Muddiford is well situated to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside and is just a short drive from the fantastic surf and swimming beaches of Woolacombe (9 miles) or Croyde (12 miles) and the market town of Barnstaple (7 miles) which includes attractions such as a theatre, swimming pool, cinema and plenty of pubs and restaurants. There are miles of inland or coastal walks to explore and a great local inn and restaurant with an extensive menu just a couple of minutes’ drive away. An out-of-town supermarket is less than 5 miles away, just outside the Victorian coastal town of Ilfracombe.
