Amazing views and easy check in. Beds very comfortable and clean. Few isues were cleanlines elsewhere. The shower heads were filthy and under the sofas had a lot of dust. The water temperature was also hit and mis but the electric shower was fine. Les than 5 mins walk into woolacombe so cannot fault the location at all

Some (soft) lighting on steps down to hot tub is required - a safety issue!Patio door is hard to open & close & lock is failing.Requires house info to work heating system: The wall thermostat doesn't work!No info on how to set boiler to CH mode; A switch box in bottom of boiler cupboard actually turns CH on: The "auto" switch doesn't work - have to set swotch to " manual" to get CH to run - but then theres no control (only radiator stats)?!Otherwise generally well appointed & equipped - one of the better places we've stayed. Loved views & hotels tub.
