Guests say

Guests have found Shoreline Apartment 1 to be comfortable and spacious, with a great location offering lovely views and convenient transport links. The holiday park is family-friendly and the final accommodation provided was appreciated, though some initial issues with cleanliness and maintenance were reported.

Several guests mentioned cleanliness issues, such as the need for a thorough clean, a gritty floor, and overflowing dog bins, indicating room for improvement in this area.

The location is praised for its good views and the presence of a bus stop outside the park, providing easy access to nearby destinations.

The accommodation is described as comfortable and spacious, but one guest had difficulty with the size of the bedroom due to disability.

While the park is family-friendly, guests have to pay extra for activities, and there were issues with the outdoor pool management and maintenance problems in the initial accommodation offered.

There is no mention of gifts or special attention to guest needs that would indicate thoughtfulness, so this category cannot be scored.

Good park for families, but you have to pay extra for activities on top . We had to be moved from 1st accommodation, as despite them knowing I was disabled, the bedroom was far too small for me to get round. The apartment they wanted to move us to had a cat shut in it. There was cat mess all over the twin beds & the kick boards were off in the kitchen. It looked liked builders had just left a job half done. We were finally moved to a villa, that was great. The only down side was that I wasn’t convinced it had been cleaned thoroughly as the floor felt gritty. The outdoor pool got very crowded, as no one was checking people’s time slots and getting them to leave after their hour was up. Dog bins hadn’t been emptied for ages, as they were all overflowing. Overall location was good, with lovely views of the surrounding area. There was also a bus stop outside the park, with buses running to iIfacombe & Barnstable.
