This is a great base for surfing enthusiasts and walkers, being approximately one and a half miles from the award-winning golden sand surfing beach of Woolacombe Bay, as well as the village centre with its popular amenities including shops, bars, and restaurants.
Located on a quiet part of the site, this single-storey property has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, two welcoming bedrooms and one shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, an under-the-counter fridge, and a microwave. The living area has a two-seater sofa which can be used as a sofa bed for one extra guest, two armchairs, a 32" TV has Freeview and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs to choose from. The dining area next door has a set of table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a home cooked meal. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has a set of bunk beds, all with pocket sprung mattresses. The wet room next door has an open shower, toilet, and wash basin. Although dogs are allowed there is no outdoor area for them and you have to provide a bed for them to sit and sleep.
Woolacombe is renowned for its 3 miles of golden sand, a favourite with families, surfers, and sun worshippers. A short drive away is Croyde, with its pretty thatched roofs, and ponies clip-clopping through the town; a town where pretty charm meets another surfer’s paradise, with clean surf breaking onto grassy sand dunes. There is plenty to do in North Devon including spectacular walks on the coastal path, plenty of quaint village inns to explore and the coastal resort of Ilfracombe with shops, harbour, and aquarium. A perfect seaside holiday destination for beach lovers. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub, and restaurant 1 mile.

Arrived and opened up. Hit with a damp smell in all rooms. Decoration poor.Signs of damp around window, due to blocked and overflowing drain pipe when it rained. Occasional sewer smell in wet room, had to place a towel over the drain to stop it.
