The Penthouse is in an architecturally designed, detached building that was completed in 2021 and is located just a few minutes’ walk from Woolacombe, Combesgate and Baricane Beaches, offering top quality accommodation with a bright, airy and contemporary design.
Open the Bi-folding terrace doors in the living room and let the outdoors in while enjoying the amazing sea and beach views along with headland vistas over Morte Point and Baggy Point. Or relax indoors with a movie, making the most of the Netflix Plus package. The accommodation comprises a kitchen with Neff cooking appliances, including an additional cooker/microwave; ideal if you’re a foodie! There is also a double fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and a food/smoothie mixer. There are three comfortable bedrooms – a kingsize with en-suite, Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker, a super king which can be made into a twin on request with a Smart TV and a twin room. Each bedroom also benefits from lovely countryside views. There is also a main bathroom with bath and shower cubicle, and on cold days you can be assured of a cosy warmth thanks to the underfloor heating with independent thermostatic controls for each room.
Outside are two terraced balconies with sea and countryside views and space to sit out and enjoy a drink or meal. The apartment comes with two private parking bays. There is also a private storage cage where beach items can be locked up. The village boasts 3 miles of golden sands, great surfing waves and a coastal footpath where numerous walks can be taken directly from the property. Although the apartment is in a tranquil location, there are shops, cafes, restaurants and a boutique cinema in a local hotel too, all just a 10-minute stroll away! Families can enjoy spending the day by the sea, patrolled by lifeguards in the summer, building sandcastles, exploring rockpools and enjoying beautiful sunsets, one of the spectacles regularly enjoyed by locals and surfers. 6 Adults and 2 dogs stayed in the accommodation and we all loved it. It’s a spacious, very clean and modern apartment. Comfortable furniture in the lounge as are the beds in the two large bedrooms. The view and the sound of the sea to wake up to every day is wonderful. I would definitely recommend The Penthouse to others. The two single mattresses need replacing asap. You could feel every lump just running your hand over them, even worse to sleep on! A real shame when everything else is just amazing. We had to use the chair from the bedroom as not enough seating in lounge for 6 adults otherwise.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Very luxurious with fabulous views across the bay from the front balcony doors.Very well equipped with a welcome pack which was appreciated. Don't let the stairs to the property put you off it only took a couple of days and we got used to it.I would highly recommend and we hope to visit again at some point.
