Warm comfortable accommodation facing hills for lovely views and sunsets. Secure garden 3-4 ft fence if you have a jumper but facing a field so not a real issue.Rural Location but South Molton 6mins drive for takeaways and essentials,butchers shop and market twice a week.35 mind drive to Instow beach easy access and flat sand,passing buy retail park.
