Situated on the Dartmouth waterfront overlooking the idyllic bobbing boats, with views of the delightful Kingswear and scenes stretching out to the river mouth, this second-floor apartment is a dreamy spot to spend a break in Devon. 2 Embankment House is a fabulous choice for two couples holidaying together, with a fantastic array of Dartmouth's cafés, bars and pubs on your doorstep, as well as local attractions, you will have lots to entertain you! From the on-street entrance head up a flight of stairs, followed by your private entrance door and up another staircase, you will come into the hallway and find the stylish open-plan living space.
Relax within this bright space after a day outdoors exploring the coast, with a monochrome theme in the sitting area offering a calming spot to enjoy some TV while the feature electric fire flickers in the background. Enjoy the evening light over the waters outside visible through the large glass windows, or step out onto the balcony with a refreshing drink on a warm night. Make use of the dining space for a quiet night in with a home-cooked meal, or simply gather around to discuss your plans for your break. The kitchen space contains all you need for a well-equipped self-catered stay, including an electric oven, a gas hob, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer, among other useful appliances within this smart and sleek area.

As always the view makes this stay perfect. Minor issue with broken kettle dealt with efficiency. Only comment sofa very uncomfortable and carpets now looking tired and could do with replacing. All minor though another magical stay!

We have been visiting Dartmouth every year now for 12 years and stayed in many places. This is by far one of our favourites. For us would be perfect If we could bring our dog with us but unfortunately they can not stay in this property. Will be back next year but bringing our pooch, so we will need to find somewhere else. But this place has the perfect view and we love it.
