Situated on the Gitcombe Estate, Maristow Cottage sits nicely on the end terrace of five luxurious properties, offering sleek and stylish open-plan living, and the perfect setting for up to six guests.

On the upper ground floor you will find an open-plan dining, sitting and well-equipped kitchen area surrounded by high walls and a vaulted ceiling. This is a great space for rustling up wholesome meals as well as cosying up by the wood burning stove, and sinking into the deep comfy sofas. Stairs up to the mezzanine over the sitting area, lead to a great play area with an integral stair gate at the top of the flight of stairs, or the perfect place to grab a book and enjoy a cup of tea. You will also find a single sofa bed on the mezzanine area, sleeping one guest if required which adds to the flexibility of this great cottage.

For those with younger children, an integral stair gate is fitted before steps leading down to the ground floor where the three bedrooms are found, a double bedroom, a second double room with zip and link twin beds, and a cosy L-shaped cabin bed room for the children.

Enjoy sunny days on the patio area, dining alfresco, firing up the barbecue, take in the views of this luxurious estate, and access the grounds and tennis court directly from your cottage.

This 14 acre estate really does have something for everyone, whether you're wanting to stay put, relax and unwind, or venture out and explore this stunning part of South Devon. A stay at The Gitcombe Estate includes use of numerous shared facilities, including a hand-carved children's playground, indoor soft play area, full-size tennis court, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room.

A barbecue is provided between June - September. Please provide your own charcoal.

A defibrillator is located at the barn opposite Gitcombe House main entrance.
