Bedroom One with 5ft king size bed, built-in wardrobe and views over the lawns and small lake.
Bedroom Two with 4ft 6 double bed, built -in wardrobe, dressing table and fully glazed doors to the communal pretty courtyard to the rear.
Family shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Stairs to first floor:
Spacious sitting room with high ceilings, Juliet balcony, gas fire, Smart TV with Sky, Bluetooth speaker, two large 3-seater sofas, one 2-seater sofa and coffee tables.
Outside
There is a bistro set to front of the property, perfectly positioned to enjoy the stunning views over the sweeping lawns towards the lake (please note that swimming/water sports in the lake are not allowed - there are nesting birds and other wildlife which should not be disturbed).
Private patio area to the rear with table and chairs to seat 4, leading to a communal courtyard/small lawns with flower beds.
There are 18 acres of communal grounds to explore in total, including pretty woodland walkways, an orchard and a decking area overlooking the lake mentioned above.

Designated parking for 1 car. Plentiful further visitor parking also available around the estate.
