A lovely cottage annexe set within rural Devon countryside near the small parish village Woodleigh, not far from the town of Kingsbridge, and the exclusive seaside town of Salcombe. Cloverwell has beautiful countryside views, which can be taken in from the small lawned garden while enjoying a summer BBQ. Enter the property into the lobby, and up to the small flight of stairs to the cosy first floor open living area. Relax back on the comfy sofa in front of the TV, or enjoy a home cooked meal at the dining table made in the newly renovated kitchen. There is also a lovely double room with plenty of storage where you can further enjoy the rural views with breakfast in bed. The property is finished off with a smart shower room. The market town of Kingsbridge is only a few miles from the property, which has many amenities such as shops, pubs and cafes, perfect for getting all your holiday essentials. The beautiful seaside town of Salcombe is also only a few miles drive from the property, with many lovely eateries, where food can be enjoyed with a lovely view of the estuary. And for those gin lovers, you just visit the Salcombe Gin distillery. Cloverwell is perfectly placed for those keen walkers, with many south west coastal path walks right on your doorstep. Many stunning beaches such as Bigbury, Thurlestone are also nearby, is a beach holiday is what you are looking for. A lovely country retreat in Devon.

Surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside and woodland, the idyllic village of Woodeleigh is perfect for those wishing to escape from it all. Within walking distance is the popular Avon Mill Garden Centre, with a number of interesting shops, a gallery and a bustling café/restaurant serving cream teas and a variety of delicious dishes. Visitors can enjoy tranquil woodland walks along the banks of the River Avon. The pretty village of Woodleigh is within a few miles of Kingsbridge and Salcombe, and just a 15-20 minute drive to Bigbury Bay and Bantham beach. The stunning landscapes of Dartmoor National Park are also within easy reach.
