The apartment was lovely and included everything you could possibly need however, there was an awful smell from the fridge and the apartment could have been cleaner. The garden chairs were also all broken so on a nice evening you would not be able to use them. It made a fantastic base for us for our holiday. It is in a lovely peaceful area. The swimming pool and tennis courts make fantastic extras for your holiday, we are just sorry we didn't get to use them as we were out until late every day. Would recommend this apartment to anyone as a nice base for their Devon holiday.

The location is quite remote and isolated which has it's advantages and disadvantages. One should be aware that the access road to the apartment is extremely narrow and is a challenge for someone not familiar with Devon's lanes!

We had a great week's stay enjoying the local area, and felt the apartment was great value for money. The apartment was cosy and well equipped, and set in a stunning location. We really appreciated the sundries that were left for us. The owner of the apartment was great at communicating with any queries we had.
