    The location is quite remote and isolated which has it's advantages and disadvantages. One should be aware that the access road to the apartment is extremely narrow and is a challenge for someone not familiar with Devon's lanes!

    Enjoyed time at appartment. Everything we needed was provided and worked. The lane into the property was a challenge but over the five days we only met one vehicle coming from opposite direction. Mid season may have been different. We came for the quiet and views and were not disappointed. Would recommend this location to others.

    In a word stunning, you know you're in for quality when the handwash is Molton Brown ! Everything you need in a beautifully designed compact space. Nautical style decor as befits the location but not over the top. Heated pool an absolute bonus plus the large private garden space with furniture provided is brilliant if weather good enough to use. Note that although parking is by gate with keypad access this is NOT how you enter property, this is via an open gate further up the slope. You can park here temporarily to unload your gear. Great location to undertake coast path walks but if you want to go further afield to enjoy local area or pick up supplies from Kingsbridge for example be aware that all local roads very narrow with passing places. Access road has only a couple of passing places but as road a "dead end" with luck you won't meet anyone, if reversing not your thing perhaps best to stay put and just relax. Really is a beautiful part of the country, enjoy.
