Lovely garden and very dog and toddler friendly, step up on patio was signed clearly. I did clean the rubber on washing machine but kitchen facilities were excellent.

Garden was lovely but, step down onto patio blended in so we all fell down step, it looks like one flat patio but it’s not. needs to be painted or yellow strip, stairs the last step blended in with wooden floor, so again we missed last step. No toilet holder in downstairs toilet, down stairs bedroom with onsuit no where to put stuff, no shelf.

We had a problem with central heating which was fixed on the same day via the agent. The only minor downside was the people noise from the creaky floor above our downstairs bedroom. Overall very good.
