Rosevine is a well-received cottage in Devon, praised for its beautiful and clean interiors, stunning location, and well-equipped kitchen. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches like wine and coffee, and the secure garden is a hit with pet owners and families. While parking is limited, the village charm and proximity to beaches are highlights. Some minor suggestions for improvement include adding a microwave and more parking, but overall, guests are eager to return to this comfortable and homely property.
Guests consistently mention the cleanliness of the property, describing it as immaculate and very clean. One minor note was made about a barbecue grill being left dirty, but this seems to be an isolated incident.
The location is frequently described as stunning, peaceful, and with easy access to beaches and local amenities. The limited parking is noted, but the village's charm and the property's proximity to attractions offset this.
The cottage is repeatedly referred to as comfortable, with high-quality beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The spaciousness and secure garden add to the comfort level, although there was a single mention of missing a microwave.
Facilities are generally praised, especially the well-appointed kitchen. However, a few guests missed having a microwave and suggested additional parking and wastepaper bins in bedrooms. The lack of communication regarding the utility room access was also noted.
Thoughtful touches like wine and ground coffee on arrival are well-received, although it is politely noted that such gifts are not guaranteed. The property's overall presentation and the secure garden reflect a considerate approach to guest comfort.

The kitchen is very well-equipped. Everything was clean. We lit the wood burner, which we lit on a couple of cold evenings was an added bonus. The well-planted garden was completely secure for our dog and toddler grandson. We will definitely consider returning one day.
