The bustling market town of Kingsbridge is 5 minutes drive and there's easy access to the estuary from Bowcombe Bridge for those with dinghies or kayaks. Salcombe is less than 7 miles away whilst there are plenty of sandy beaches in the area all within easy driving distance. For those who like walking there are great country walks nearby and the glorious South West Coastal Path is also well worth experiencing.

(Alternatively the lower entrance can be accessed by walking down the gravel drive and entering the garden through the gate.)Hallway with oak stairs to the first floor and alternative entrance from the lane. Bedroom 3 with 5ft king size bed, en suite with free standing bath, hand basin and WC.
