This barn conversion is one of a number at Buckland Court, which features a large communal garden, and is close to the quaint village of Slapton and the beach. Set in the glorious South Hams countryside, this is a must for nature lovers. The properties at Buckland Court benefit from their own supply of filtered spring water.

Directors chairs stored under the stairs (can be taken into the garden). Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, built-in electric oven and grill, microwave & refrigerator. Upstairs there are 3 bright bedrooms furnished in pine: one double, one twin and one single room. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. There is a large communal laundry room with coin operated washing machine, dryer and freezer.
Outside: An archway in the corner of the lower courtyard (separated by a gate) opens out into a large communal garden with pond & ducks, grassed area and orchard (1.5 acres) including a built in barbecue with picnic benches where guests can relax and young people can play outdoor games.

Apple is a comfortable cottage, one of several in Buckland Court, located in beautiful South Hams countryside, not far from the historic village of Slapton, South Devon. Nearby there is a world famous nature reserve, a 3 mile beach and excellent real ale pubs. Dartmouth and Kingsbridge are within 20 minute drive, both with interesting shops, fine restaurants, boat trips, sailing and much more. Totnes, a quaint Elizabethan town is 9 miles away and Dartmoor, with wonderful walking and spectacular scenery is within easy reach. Buckland Court is well situated for a wide range of indoor and outdoor pursuits including golf. A gate from the courtyard opens out to a sweep of grass and orchard (1.5 acres) including a large pond populated by ducks. There is a built in barbecue with picnic benches where guests can relax and young people can play outdoor games and a children's adventure playhouse on stilts with a slide and a pool table/tennis table in the laundry room for those rainy days.
