Arranged as reverse level, it has a sunny patio garden as well as a first-floor balcony, where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee or an early evening aperitif. The village centre and beaches are easily accessible and there are plenty of local activities to enjoy for both families and couples. Salcombe is just 4 miles away and the remainder of the beautiful South Hams is on your doorstep, waiting to be explored.

Enclosed patio with shrub borders, garden table, two-seater garden bench and on the first-floor balcony is a table with four chairs.
Parking: For one car in designated space plus visitors' space.
