This well presented three-bedroom home has a great sized garden and parking, on a private drive. Estuary access for boats and watersports equipment along with the public quay and the popular Millbrook Inn are just a mile away in the village, the perfect picturesque distance to meander for a delicious meal. The sandy coves of East Portlemouth and the foot ferry to Salcombe are a scenic three-mile route along the estuary. Guests may also see the pair of barn owls that live just above the cottage, and can be seen flying around the fields surrounding Scoble Cottage.
The town of Kingsbridge with lots of amenities is a fifteen minute drive away, and beautiful Dartmouth just thirty minutes. A day on Dartmoor, is also a forty-five minute drive away.
Please note the road outside the cottage is private and only used by those accessing the estate.
