This tasteful property has three bedrooms, a modern kitchen and shower room and a cosy lounge diner. There is a small terrace outside for al fresco dining in the summer and a useful hallway space when you return from winter walks in the picturesque countryside, woods and coast all close by. Apple Tree Cottage is a really pretty property to explore this fantastic area of South Devon.

The village of Chillington sits on the Dartmouth to Kingsbridge road and is just two miles from the vast stretch of beach along Slapton line which starts in the village of Torcross. The well- known town of Salcombe is less than half an hour away and can also be reached by the foot ferry from the beaches at East Portlemouth. The market town of Kingsbridge is ten minutes away and historic Dartmouth less than half an hour. The stunning scenery of the South West Coast Path is easily reached and Dartmoor is not far. Chillington itself is one of the best served villages in the area, with a shop, award winning pub the Bear and Blacksmith, a gym, Sticky Fingers bakery, hairdressers and even a dog groomers’ for pampering your four-legged family members, a fish and chip van even visits on a Tuesday. This great village is surrounded by rolling farmland and Brooking Woods and is superbly situated for exploring this beautiful location in South Devon.

Accommodation: Side door lead into a hallway with coat hooks and a useful bench, door into kitchen breakfast table with 2 chairs, washing machine, electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, under counter fridge with icebox. Lounge/Diner, three-seater sofa and two armchairs, dining table and seating for 6. Door to stairwell, first floor, Master bedroom, 5’0 double bed. Bedroom 2, 5’0 double bed. Bedroom 3, 3’ bunk beds, a little lower than standard due to the ceiling height-great for children.  Shower room, walk in shower, WC and hand basin.

Outside: Terrace area to the rear.

Parking: There is one space, however this is in the access way to a neighbouring property so the car may need to be moved to accommodate neighbours coming and going. Alternative parking can be found in the residential street opposite.
