Beautiful annex to owners own home. Made to feel very welcomed by Katherine and Peter. The gorgeous homemade chocolate cookies made the long journey worthwhile. Totnes a lovely town with quirky shops and very dog friendly. Great base to visit the many nearby attractions and lovely countryside of Devon.

Accommodation was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Katherine and Peter were fantastic hosts and very happy to share their local knowledge and recommendations. Their pet dog was very friendly, quiet and really well behaved around young children (ours absolutely loved him).
