Ideal for kayaing etc . Cleanliness is good but the property is very tired needing maintenance and redecoration .One of the most annoying issues was the broken toilet seat. We have stayed in many Sykes properties but this is the first one with no welcome pack or useful domestic items ie not even 1 dishwasher tablet. If this was a budget property then this is not an issue but this property is quite expensive and I would expected better and consider it poor value for the rental cost.
