Lake View holiday cottage is a detached property, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people – making it a fantastic option for larger group getaways or family holidays. The cottage offers charm with a traditional style, stone walls and rustic wooden features, and comes complete with a luxurious outdoor hot tub. The ground floor has a spacious open-plan living and dining room, complete with a log burning stove which is ideal for the ultimate cosy experience. French doors lead to an enclosed patio area with a hot tub and lawn area, where you can sit and relax in the fresh air. Each room has large windows, allowing an abundance of light to shine through this charming cottage, and there is a modern beech-effect kitchen, with a electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

Lake View offers three bedrooms, a king-size double with en-suite bathroom accessed via a beautiful spiral staircase, and two twin bedrooms on the ground floor with a shared shower room.

Little Dunley is ideally situated for exploring nearby Dartmoor and enjoying all of the delights of Devon, whether you are looking for days at the beach or exploring the coast, countryside or unique moors, Lake View is the perfect base for all.
