It falls into our Classic range featuring an open plan living space and kitchen with ample seating and kitchen facilities including hob, fridge and microwave. Other features include bath and/or shower, linen and bath towels included with beds made up for your arrival, double glazing, heating and an outdoor hot tub.

Situated in 12 acres of green rolling hills and just one mile away from the ancient wool town of Chudleigh and just 2½ miles from our sister park, Finlake Holiday Resort, Holmans Wood is a beautiful park for those looking for a calm retreat from the outside world.
It is also superbly located only a few miles from the coastal towns of Dawlish, Teignmouth and the English Riviera.
For families looking for a mix of high-energy activities and that all important down-time, Holmans Wood is a great base from which to visit our sister park Finlake Resort & Spa with its waterpark, outdoor swimming pool, activities, bar, restaurant and spa, which are all available to those staying at Holmans Wood.

Moved from Dartmoor View after a very disappointing start to our holiday, all I can say as regards to this holiday group is that when you advertise an accommodation that’s what you expect when you arrive not an old caravan from the 70’s

Perfect for a short break. Fun had by all. Although the frying pan in no 4 was old .

Would have liked the caravan to have been a bit cleaner - hairs on sheets and in bathroom/toilets and quite a few cobwebs, but didn't impact on our stay. The main bed was interesting - not as sturdy as home but was fine for a few nights!
