A fantastic apartment with everything you need. Great communication from the property owners. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

It had an allocated parking space and we were met at the property by Steve who showed us everything and had got the cot and highchair ready as requested. We had a welcome pack which we were very grateful for and there were plenty of shops nearby, with Aldi being a 5 minute walk past the train station. There was a park just across the road for the children with a small play area, and just along the road was a small convenience store and an abundance of takeaways. We used the Royal China Takeaway a few times and the portions were very generous. The apartment was a great base to set out from, and we visited Torquay, Paignton, Exeter and Plymouth. The only downside for us was the traffic noise from the road outside. We had read this on previous reviews, and we are just not used to the levels there were where we live, but everything else made up for this minor negative. We would certainly consider this property again if visiting the area again in future and there was very good communication prior to us arriving and prior to departure. Steve even messaged us on the afternoon of arrival to say the property was ready a little earlier which we appreciated having had the children in the car for most of the day. Thanks for a lovely family break.

It is modern, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable (especially the beds), and was very well equipped. We were on the road side of the property, so there was some traffic noise, especially when the windows are open, but this did not have an impact on us. Steve and Sally were helpful in every respect and they keep the apartment immaculate. I slept better than I had done in years! We would highly recommend this property.
