Guests say

Harcombe House Bungalow 12 is praised for its cleanliness, modern furnishings, and comfortable beds. Guests enjoy the peaceful setting, lovely views, and the warm swimming pool. The property's location offers good walking opportunities, though access requires a car. The main recurring issue is the very small toilet room, which many find inconvenient. Wi-Fi connectivity is poor, affecting streaming and social media use.

Guests consistently report that the bungalow is very clean, with clean bed linen and towels provided. The property's cleanliness is a highlight in the reviews.

The location is appreciated for its peace, quiet, and beautiful views, with good walking available. However, some guests note difficulty with directions and the necessity of having a car.

The bungalow is described as cosy, comfortable, and homely, with comfortable beds and furniture. The size of the toilet room, however, detracts from the overall comfort for many guests.

Facilities like the swimming pool and cafe are well-received, but the poor Wi-Fi, lack of restaurant and bar availability, and the need for better-equipped kitchens and maintenance in some areas affect the score.

There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category.

Sadly the fishing was not so good, the area lacked maintenance and the fish non existent. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The description of facilities needs to be more detailed as there isn't a restaurant, only a cafe during the daytime but not open all week. The bar is also open restricted times. The games room should either have pictures of what is actually in there or details of what is there. The gym isn't available for under 18s and the pool needs to be booked. Given that these are the criteria we look for when booking a property it wasn't ideal for us so maybe giving more detail would be better.

If you have difficulty in moving the squash to get in there is hard. Door needs to open out.
